5. Permits & Approvals

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals (e.g., city, HOA).

  • The Company may assist but does not guarantee approval.

6. Project Timeline

Delays may result from:

  • Weather

  • Permit issues

  • Unexpected structural/site conditions

  • Material shortages

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Access & Utilities

Client must provide:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Necessary utilities (e.g., water, power) throughout the project

8. Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited workmanship warranty from the project’s completion date. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials. This warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Improper use or maintenance

  • Third-party or natural disaster damage

9. Liability & Insurance

We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance as required. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Acts of God or third-party incidents

  • Damage to undisclosed personal property

Clients are encouraged to maintain homeowner’s insurance.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with cause. The Client is responsible for:

  • Payment for all completed work and materials

  • Any applicable termination costs

Refunds are discretionary and must be documented.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  • Both parties agree to good-faith communication

  • Mediation is required before legal action
